Here are some helpful tips on how to get your property in top shape in order to get the best prices.  Please enjoy them!

• Clean everything from top to bottom!   Don't leave out the mirrors and windows!  You may be surprised  at the improvement!
  
  
• Repair everything that is not in working order.  Include little things such as doorknobs, cabinet hinges and the squeaky screen door!
  
  
• Spruce up the yard!  Make sure all pruning is taken care of.   You may even consider adding some plants and shrubs.
  
  
• Paint what needs painting!  A simple coat of paint is a remarkable improvement for many areas.
