Our Area:
Salisbury N.C. is located in Rowan County which
is an excellent location for business, education, and recreational activities
and offers a rich economical development environment. Towns include
Salisbury, which is the county seat, China Grove, Landis, East Spencer,
Spencer, Rockwell, Granite Quarry, Faith, and part of Kannapolis.
| Rowan
County is made up of over 517 scenic square miles. It is
also an easy commute to Charlotte, Greensboro, or Winston
Salem. We are nestled between Charlotte and the Triad
area of Winston Salem/Greensboro/High Point and only 35 miles
from Charlotte, being just minutes away from Interstate 85. |

Rowan
County's population is approximately 126,400 and the Salisbury
population is about 25,200. You will find a huge variety of
housing, excellent employment opportunities, low taxes and a
low crime rate. The
mild climate attracts visitors from many areas. |

We
are 4 hours west of the N.C./S.C. coast and about 2 hours east
of the Great Smokey Mountains. There is easy access to
major airports which are only an hour away. These
airports include Charlotte-Douglas International Airport and
also the Triad International Airport.
Salisbury
offers many attractions including historical attractions that
will take you back to the splendid past. You will find
civil war monuments, tours, and much more. The area also
features the NC Transportation Museum which offers exhibits
and seasonable rides.

There
is a nice selection of beautiful lakefront properties and
quite a few scenic lakes in the region. High Rock Lake,
a 15,000 acre reservoir located on the Yadkin River, provides
a wide range of recreational opportunity such as fishing and
water sports. Only about a half hour away from Salisbury
is Lake Norman, which features a shoreline of over 500 miles.
Tucker Town and Badin Lakes are also nearby. These
beautiful lakes offer excellent boating, fishing, and swimming
opportunity. Wildlife areas and boat ramps are
available for your usage and enjoyment.

| Golf
fans and other activity lovers will appreciate the Country
Club of Salisbury. Facilities there include an 18 hole golf
course, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, and a swimming pool.
For the sports
fans, you can drive to the Lowe's Motor Speedway in less than
an hour!

Not too far away lies the Corbin Hills Golf Course. This
course offers enough variety of terrain to challenge any level
of golfer.
